Christmas Day Lunch at Cosimo

Experience the magic of Christmas at Cosimo, surrounded by breathtaking views over Florence. The evening begins with a refined welcome aperitif, followed by a six-course menu celebrating the richness of Italian culinary tradition through carefully selected ingredients and authentic flavors. From delicate sea bass carpaccio and traditional tortellini in broth to guinea fowl breast with black truffle, artichokes, and potato purée, each dish is thoughtfully crafted to honor the warmth and conviviality of the festive season. To conclude, guests will enjoy tiramisu and traditional Christmas panettone served with vanilla and chocolate sauce.

New Year's Eve Above Florence

Choose Cosimo to ring in the New Year in style. The evening begins at 7:00 PM with a welcome aperitif in the Library at The Excelsior, accompanied by live music. Guests will then be welcomed to Cosimo Rooftop Restaurant & Bar for a memorable New Year’s Eve Dinner, enhanced by a DJ set and live saxophone and guitar performances. The seven-course tasting menu showcases exceptional ingredients and refined flavors, featuring a selection of raw seafood, lobster Catalan-style salad, ravioli filled with ribollita and white truffle, pan-seared sea bass, beef fillet with foie gras and black truffle sauce, raspberry and ginger sorbet, and a signature dessert to conclude the evening.
