Anthony's formal training and broad experience with food and wine has led to his development of this unique restaurant.
About Cosimo
Anthony Mastroianni, Owner and General Manager of Cosimo Restaurant and Wine Bar has been dreaming about running his own restaurant since his first job in a local pizzeria at age 13. “While growing up, I watched my mother and grandmothers enjoy cooking for our family and friends. As a student at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, I worked for Ralph Conte (another J&W grad). He owned Ralphael Baristo, an upscale casual bar and bistro that was one of Providence’s hottest new restaurants. He was a hard worker and astute businessman/restaurateur.”
 After graduating, Anthony gained experience at Duling Kurtz House, Dilworthtown Inn, opened Café Chicane in West Chester with long time friend Chef Stephen Delaney, and owned and operated New York Eatery in West Chester. Along the way Anthony held the vision of Cosimo in his head and in his heart. With his parents Anthony and Diane as partners, the dream became a reality in Malvern in 2007. With Chef Stephen Delaney creating a fresh and innovative menu of New American cuisine and Pastry Chef Andrea Schwob, Anthony opened Cosimo Restaurant and Wine Bar the casual upscale dining experience to Chester County. more

Lunch: Mon.-Fri. 11:30-2:30.
Dinner: Mon.-Thurs. 5:00- 9:00 p.m., Fri. & Sat 5:00-10:00 p.m.
Get-Happy Hour: Mon.-Fri. 4:30-6:30 p.m.
Jazz: Thursdays 5:30-8:30 p.m.
Fridays 7:00-10:00 p.m.
