Our goal is to best match all candidates for a specific position. The following two divisions at Cosimo require the following:
Front of House
- Two to four years work experience in fine dining or related high-end resort
- Strong knowledge of steps of service and tableside decorum.
- Versed in international and domestic wines coupled with classic tableside service
- Good communication skills with front and back of house co-workers
- Excellent organizations skills, efficient task management and computer dining literacy
Back of House
- Minimum four years work experience in fine dining or related culinary field
- Degree from accredited culinary university or technical school, preferred
- Inventory management
- Knowledge of Federal Board of Health requirements and statutes
- Organized, clean and well managed line experience at various stations;
- Grill, Sauté, Pantry, Guard
